- Involved in State of Alaska’s rate setting process and appeals of Medicaid rates.
- Prepared Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for small hospitals and long term care providers in remote areas throughout State of Alaska.

- Reopened cost reports to correct Intermediary’s errors and finalized Medicare appeals which resulted in excess of $2 million in additional reimbursement to facility.
Reimbursement Manager 1994-1996
